Ted Perrein
Managing Director
Ted is French-British and has over twelve years experience in finance, software project management and business development activities; ten of which spent in Vietnam and Cambodia. In 2001, Ted joined Silkroad, Vietnam's leading outsourcing company, where he successfully held various management positions. Ted graduated from a leading French Business School (ESC Reims) and also obtained a BA in European Business Administration at Middlesex University (London). Ted co-founded Conical Hat in August 2004 and successfully engineered exit from Conical Hat to co-found BEST in 2011. Conical Hat is now one brand of systems implemented by BEST.
Chenda Hut
Chief Operating Officer
Chenda graduated from the National University of Management, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He joined Conical Hat in September 2004 and as since held a number of management positions. Chenda has successfully made the switch to BEST. Chenda is an extremely versatile person, who allies strong management skills to an in depth knowledge of software development process.
Chandara Mao
Software Project Manager
Chandara graduated from the Royal University of Phnom Penh in the field of Information Technology and Computer Science in 2007. He joined Conical Hat in February 2008. On top of senior development role, Dara is also in charge of ICT business analysis
